No more messed-up hair.  The Mac-Plus One Adjust Strap is easy to put on.  Place the strap around the neck, not over the head like conventional neck straps.  Then, snap the side release buckle together.

To adjust the strap, you open the cam buckle, set it to where you want and then close the cam buckle.  The cam buckle is a very secure buckle and once adjusted it never has to be adjusted again. 

All the buckles are adjustable.   The upper two buckles can be adjusted to provide neck room for taller people and the lower buckle (cam buckle) can be adjusted two ways.  By lifting the tab it will lengthen or shorten the strap.  Underneath the tab the strap can be lengthened or shortened, thus giving the person a custom fit.  And, once these adjustments are made they never have to be adjusted again.  (instructions are enclosed with each strap)
